We collect data voluntarily provided by the user through the subscription form (name and email), as well as technical data associated with navigation (IP address, device type, language, date and time of visit).

We process personal data to send informational communications about real estate projects published on the platform, to attend to requests received through the site and to improve the quality of the service.

Processing is based on the explicit consent given by the user when completing the form, in accordance with applicable Bolivian regulations, in particular Law No. 164 on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies and complementary provisions.
5. Retention
